We specialize in developing new bioanalytical methods using Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-MS) to directly identify proteins, peptides and small molecules and their molecular interactions in all types of biological samples. Our small molecule drug discovery expertise and application of advanced proteomics technologies and biophysical techniques accelerates drug discovery research and our state of the art bioanalytical laboratory is equipped to handle bioanalytical studies from assay development through high throughput screening.
MALDI-TOF is an invaluable tool in Covalent Inhibtion studies. The spectra provide accurate and fast evidence of reversible and irreversible engagement of targeted covalent inhibitors.
Our MALDI product line was initially invented to study the phenotypic responses of cells in culture. The MALDI TOF is capable of providing label-free, fast, accurate analysis of 1000s of individual biomolecules simultaneously and is an ideal method for studying cellular conditions and changes following treatment.
After 25 years in the pharmaceutical world, our founder incorporated Revolution Biosciences at the Venture Development Center at the University of Massachusetts, Boston in March 2015 with the vision of furthering the application of MALDI TOF in life sciencesr esearch.
