Revolutionise was created in 2013 by its Founder, Neil Storey, who set out to support medical professionals and healthcare organisations in achieving positive change.
Revolutionise supports Organisations and systems, across the NHS, to achieve real change for both staff and patients. In the 10 years since Revolutionise was created, we have supported over 20 different organisations up and down the country. We offer a different type of consultancy support and pride ourselves in working alongside Executive, Operational and Clinical teams to support them to make the changes they need.
Creating the alignment of people across the organisation is absolutely the key to successful change and our experience from shop floor to Board enables us to support you to achieve that goal. The engagement of clinical teams is crucial to making positive progress and is a fundamental part of our approach.

As CEO, with 30 years’ experience in the NHS as a clinician, manager, executive board member and consultant, I passionately believe in the approach that we’ve created at Revolutionise.
