Revolutionise was created in 2013 by its Founder, Neil Storey, who set out to support medical professionals and healthcare organisations in achieving positive change.
Revolutionise supports Organisations and systems, across the NHS, to achieve real change for both staff and patients. In the 10 years since Revolutionise was created, we have supported over 20 different organisations up and down the country. We offer a different type of consultancy support and pride ourselves in working alongside Executive, Operational and Clinical teams to support them to make the changes they need.

The engagement of clinical teams is crucial to making positive progress and is a fundamental part of our approach.
Each client is unique, and we believe in providing the right level of skill and support for your teams. We don’t flood clients with resources, but work together to identify the skills and resources that will help with any gaps you have. This approach focuses on “working with” and not “doing to” your teams, which in turn results in long term knowledge and skills transfer that they will apply to the rest of their work.
As CEO, with 30 years’ experience in the NHS as a clinician, manager, executive board member and consultant, I passionately believe in the approach that we’ve created at Revolutionise. We build lasting relationships with clients and continue to support as trusted advisors long after we’ve left the building.
