Established in 1989, Rewards has grown to become a nationally recognised training company with our Scottish offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Through our working relationships with many of Scotland’s major employers, hundreds of small and medium size companies and Skills Development Scotland, we aim to provide the best training opportunities for companies and their employees and for apprentices.
In helping businesses improve, we provide a range of business and personal development training programmes. We deliver both public and in-house courses which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of companies and individuals. We also deliver ILM Qualifications such as ILM Leadership & Management Levels 3, 4 & 5, ILM Level 3 Coaching and ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring. Rewards is also an Engineering and Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) approved provider.
Our recruitment consultants work with a wide range of organisations to source them office apprentices from the local school/college leaver market. We also work with young people to find them jobs and help prepare them for the interview process. Rewards mainly specialises in offering a range of part funded apprenticeships for 16-19 year olds that help individuals increase and improve their vocational skills in the business area. In addition, our apprenticeships enable the opportunity for young people to achieve vocational qualifications alongside their job.
