Team 1727 REX

We are FRC Team 1727 REX. As a school robotics team, we hope to promote STEM education through means such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer programming, and manufacturing. Founded in 2006, we aim to make robotics accessible to everyone as the only public-school based FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team in the Baltimore County Public School system. What is FIRST Robotics Competition? FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is a robotics community that prepares students for industrial-level robotics. Through an annual challenge, teams operate to conduct research, fundraisers, design, construct, and showcase complex creations through tournaments. FRC follows six core values: discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun, through which teams function.
