Rezalliance is a pioneering organization based in Geneva, committed to combating workplace harassment and discrimination. Its mission is to help create respectful, fair and prosperous work environments by providing a platform for guidance, training, and tailored support for both individuals and organizations. The organization is structured around two complementary pillars: 🟠 Rezalliance Association, which leads public awareness and advocacy initiatives — most notably the International Day Against Workplace Harassment and for Inclusion, launched in 2022. 🌐 Rezalliance Care (Rez-Care.com), dedicated to active listening and personalized support. Its services include 🔹a risk assessment and early identification tool, 🔹an External Trusted Person hotline, 🔹interactive conferences, and 🔹the Émergences workshops: to Explore, Understand, and Transform mindsets and behaviours in a lasting way. Rezalliance’s work is guided by four core principles: 🔸 Independence – Rezalliance operates autonomously, free from commercial or political interests, ensuring an ethical stance and an uncompromised voice. 🔸 Integrated approach – Our methodology bridges psychological, legal, social, and organizational dimensions, while considering both local realities and global perspectives to fully address the complex dynamics of harassment and inclusion. 🔸 Innovation – Rezalliance is rooted in social and educational innovation.
