Provide guidance and assistance to Post Graduate Training Year 1 or 2 candidates through the application, interview process. These services will be personalized and tailored to arm each candidate with the skills to effectively convey their qualifications and accomplishments through a well structured Curriculum Vitae (CV) and creatively written letter of intent. Services Provided Include: 360 Package a. CV reviews i. First review will take place between June and July ii. Second review will take place prior to Midyear Clinical Meeting b. Letter of intent (LOI) i. Content development ii. two reviews of LOI c. Interview Prep i. Assist with responding to interview invitations ( best order to schedule) ii. Two practice interview sessions iii. 1 interview case presentation practice and feedback d. Phase 2 match and scramble i. Review updated CV ii. Assist with navigating phase 2 180 Package a.
