Calvin Hamilton, known online as "Rezy," is a digital marketing innovator who has shaped major personal brands like GaryVee and Ryan Serhant. At just 11 years old, Calvin embarked on his content creation journey, producing gaming videos on YouTube under the name Rezy. By 13, he had earned his first dollar online through video editing. His early dedication and talent led him to ScaleLab, YouTube's 7th largest MCN, where he worked while still a teenager. At 18, Calvin’s career took a significant leap when he became the Social Media Manager for Gary Vaynerchuk, a role that not only honed his skills but also expanded his vision. This experience laid the foundation for his own venture, Engineer Influence, a marketing agency he founded at 19. The agency’s success was meteoric, culminating in its acquisition by SERHANT. when Calvin was 22. He continued to thrive at SERHANT., taking on the role of Head of Social Media and leading innovative campaigns. In 2024, Calvin returned to his entrepreneurial roots, launching engine.fm, a tech-enabled agency specializing in podcast production, repurposing, and distribution. He also founded rezy.io, where he advises marketing agencies on their operations and early-stage companies on their marketing efforts. Outside of work, Calvin is a passionate learner, avid cyclist, and watch aficionado.
