Founded in 1995, RF Property Management (RFPM) is a leading Irish property management company. Based in Dublin, the company works primarily as a Managing Agent providing services to Owners' Management Companies (OMCs) for residential housing and apartment developments. We also manage a number of business parks. The company manages property developments of different sizes in all kinds of areas. We works closely with owner-directors in these developments to tailor its service to their needs and to provide excellent value for money. RFPM places a strong emphasis on the sound financial management of multi-unit developments (MUDs) under its management, and the building of good Sinking Funds to underpin long-term investment needs. Through its involvement with the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI), RFPM plays a leading role in influencing policy relating to multi-unit developments in Ireland, e.g. on issues arising from the 2011 MUD Act, the need for better legislation on collection of service charges, the regulation of AirBnB in residential developments and many other matters.
