Business idea Three stages for our plastic Business, we are planning to start it in parallel as follows First stage | fast track - exporting plastic raw materials (resins and additives) to our egypt factories we acquire 100 tons of raw materials monthly, and our partners acquire 400 tons, so total available sales is 500 tons / month approximately 750,000 euros turnover (20% of this value could be achieved at the first two months and during the first year the full amount could be reached) Second stage | Mold Factory Preparation The Preparation and setup of the factory will take approximately 6 month to be equipped with the necessary machinery and become ready for production The manufactured molds will be exported to our Plastic factories at Egypt The Manufacturing process will be done partially at our factory (CNC machines), and with the help of other factories at Germany Third Stage | R&D Plans RGBS GMBH now Is a member of the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung (IKV) At Aachen We are in the process of preparing training programs through IKV Will start the process of joint research on January 2024
