RGW Express Warsaw was established in 1990 as a part of RGW Express Group - air forwarding companies focused on the Eastern European countries market.
RGW Express is IATA Cargo Agent and AEO Customs Brokerage Agent.
Our staff consists of 30 employees including 5 licensed customs brokers.
Our office and warehouses are located next to Warsaw airport (WAW).
We offer complete logistic solutions for any transportation needs including air and ocean freight.

full charters, OBC and finally top urgent biomedical samples;

History:
1983 Founded in Frankfurt by Hartmut Luetz. Aimed to provide Western service standard to the Communist countries.
1990 RGW companies started in Hungary and Poland.
1994 IATA approved cargo agent - IATA current certyficate
1994 Internet homepage with Tracking+Tracing feature launched.
1996 Official Courier Operator Licence.
2000 LOT Polish Airlines distinction for the best sales increase. Diploma.
2004 LOT Polish Airlines distinction for the first place among all agents in terms of the number of shipments moved. Diploma.
2006 LOT Polish Airlines distinction for the first place among all agents in terms of the number of shipments moved. Diploma.
2007 Swiss WorldCargo distinction. Diploma.
2010 RGW obtained status Authorised Economic Operator (AEO)
2014 Implementing internal Standard Operation Procedures consistent with EU Guidelines of 5 November 2013 on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal products for human use Guidelines
2018 – moving into new offices and warehouse space enabling the further development of logistic services
2022 – RGW implemented and certified the Internal Control System enabling the transport of technologies and services of strategic importance.
