Restaurant and Hospitality Skillnet

Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet focuses on supporting those in employment within the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry. Training courses help member companies up-skill their current workforce and train those new to their business. This allows each member company remain competitive, retain staff and ensure they have the necessary tools to stay relevant and deliver quality product and customer service in a very competitive industry. To date, the Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet provides over 50 training courses and has trained over 21,390 trainees from over 2,770 member companies. The trainees who attend the courses are from all levels across the restaurant and hospitality businesses, including owners, managers, supervisors, food and beverage staff, and chefs. For 2024, our goal is to continue to provide training courses to meet the needs of the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry. These training programmes include Kitchen Management, Customer Care, Management Development, Executive Management, Social Media, Health & Wellbeing at Work, Gastro Pub Workshop and the online Restaurant Induction Bundle. We also provide in-house food and beverage, customer care, supervisory skills, leadership training and much more. This Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet is co funded by the Government of Ireland, the European Union, and network companies.
