Management of the Organisation is headed by three gentlemen. Prakash Agarwal, started trading rice at the age of 23. After completing his Graduation in Commerce in 2005. He has travelled across India to meet farmers, millers and traders of rice, to understand & explore the rice grain industry in each root of India. Shekhar Agarwal, CFO of the Company, is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary heading the Financial & Accounting Section of the Group. Before joining this he had 7 years of working experience with Aditya Birla Group & PricewaterhouseCoopers. Known for having special knack in taking wise decisions of investment & accounting. Suraj Agarwal , CEO of the Company, is an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Symbiosis (SCMHRD) and a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary. Awarded as Youngest CA of India after achieving MBA, CA & CS degrees at the age of 22, he had worked in US & India for multiple MNC like S&P & HSBC. Branding and Marketing is his speciality and knows as mind reader of consumers.
