Whether that be a financial cash injection, or a strategic restructure, they know they need some help. We are that help. At Richard Invests, we invest differently. No crushing ownership deals. No hidden terms. No vultures circling your profits. Just transparent partnerships that help you start, grow, rebuild, and enjoy your business. Richard Invests is for three groups of people/businesses: 1. Those who want to start their own recruitment business and need funding and strategy to start. 2. Those recruitment businesses which already exist, but the owner is finding it harder and harder to lead the business each day. Investment and support is needed to turn things around. 3. Recruitment service providers looking to raise money or increase sales velocity.
