Richards Paving, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Richard Piendak. Servicing the quad state area 2 hours from our head quarters. We specialize in asphalt paving, resurfacing, pavement maintaince of all types, install streets and parking lots, asphalt patching and repairs, heavy duty sealcoating, retaining walls, crack filling and infrared patching. Richards Paving, Inc. also specializes in decorative stamped concrete and asphalt. We can blacktop and amisite on any surface and can install Tarmac and special mixes from our asphalt plant. Be sure to ask about our LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Pavements, Recycling in Place (RIP) and Pervious Paving.
Our portable onsite crusher is available to produce recycled crushed concrete on your site. Richards Paving, Inc. produces its own asphalt available year round at our asphalt plant located at 1620 Bowers Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
