Richards Paving, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Richard Piendak. Servicing the quad state area 2 hours from our head quarters. We specialize in asphalt paving, resurfacing, pavement maintaince of all types, install streets and parking lots, asphalt patching and repairs, heavy duty sealcoating, retaining walls, crack filling and infrared patching. Richards Paving, Inc. also specializes in decorative stamped concrete and asphalt. We can blacktop and amisite on any surface and can install Tarmac and special mixes from our asphalt plant.
