Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) is a nonprofit 501C3 dedicated to strengthening community connectedness within Richfield, MN.
Our belief is simple: Once people are connected to each other and aware of the good work happening around them, collaborative relationships can be established, thus expanding creativity of ideas, solutions, and services, which all come together to create a more flourishing community.
RLN has three lanes of focus:
