Established in 2011, Richmond delivers apprenticeships, qualifications, training, and other learning improvement opportunities for employers within the healthcare and business sectors. We inspire employers to think differently about workforce development and talent acquisition, providing advice, guidance and quality training and development programmes that meet organisational goals and requirements. We focus on building workforce capacity and resilience and enjoy working in close collaboration with our clients to identify key learning requirements, tailoring bespoke training packages that would be best met with apprenticeships and other training programmes.
