We are not just a run-of-the-mill recruitment agency, we have an accumulative experience of coming up to half a century of Recruiting in the UK, US and mainland Europe. At Rickyard we are Recruitment Practitioners, but what does that mean?? We know that every need, be that of a client looking for a candidate or a candidate looking for their next role is going to be different. We believe that there are three simple strategies for recruitment: Listen – Listen to what your clients and candidates want, don’t assume what you don’t know, and ask the questions to hear the answers that you DON’T want to hear! Advise – If your client or candidate is being unrealistic tell them, don’t say yes and then underdeliver, challenge them, at Rickyard we are expert consultants, and our experience is why our clients and candidates work with us.
