Ride4IBD is a community-based project that supports Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) awareness, IBD patient athletes, and encourages health and fitness for the IBD community through the use of cycling. The motto of Ride4IBD “Ride.Inspire.Challenge.” embodies the goals of which the project is built upon and the foundation of our work.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease is a global issue effecting millions of people, and we believe that cycling - a sport that reaches around the world and connects communities - is the best way to engage, inspire, and create a better future for IBD patients.
To achieve our goals, we focus on using cycling at the professional and grassroots level as a means to connect with the broader IBD community and the general public. Providing them with a platform that offers events, online resources through Ride4IBD.com, and social media content that encourages as well as educates individuals on IBD related resources and topics.
