Ride & Stride

Ride & Stride is a mobile app designed to make commuting more sustainable while benefiting both employees and companies. It focuses on encouraging practical, eco-friendly travel options like walking, running, cycling, and carpooling. The app tracks these activities, making it easy for companies to measure environmental impact and employees to see the difference they’re making. For employees, Ride & Stride offers an easy way to participate in sustainability efforts while earning rewards for their actions, such as discounts on eco-products or additional perks like green day-offs. The app uses gamification to motivate users, but the goal is to help form long-term habits rather than just short-term engagement. For clients, it’s a straightforward way to implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities that are low-effort, self-sustainable and measurable. Ride & Stride provides tools for tracking commuting-related CO2 emissions, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements (methodology developed with ESG consultants, compliant with GHG protocol, ESRS E1, CSRD). We are using Real distance-based method for calculating CO2e. Unlike traditional one-off ESG initiatives, this program is designed to run year-round, creating a lasting impact for employees, companies, and the environment. Ride & Stride offers a year-round ESG activity, while providing employees with an HR benefit.
