Founded in 1979 Ridge Logistics is a 3PL contract warehouse located in Welshpool, Western Australia. Owned and managed by David and John Thackray our guiding principle is to strive for excellence while conducting our business in a respectful and considerate manner.
Crucial to our success is developing long term relationships with like minded partners. Our side of the partnership is to consistently deliver a superior service such that our customers develop total trust that logistics will never be a weak link in their efforts to provide excellent service to their Western Australian customers.
The great majority of our customers are Australian or multi-national companies who have their own warehouses in one or more of the eastern states. Our minimum service benchmark is their own warehouse or 3PL providers in other states - we wont be content unless our customers believe we at least match that standard.
To ensure we consistently achieve our service objective we go to considerate lengths to ensure we understand exactly what a potential customer requires and be realistic about our capacity to deliver the required service. We are not the right solution for everyone.
We strive to be an integral part of our customers business, not just another service partner. We are an enthusiastic, hands-on operation which helps us to be efficient and flexible. We operate with the mentality that we are our customers own West Australian warehouse.
