RidgeGate is a walkable mixed-use master planned community in Lone Tree that spans 3,500 acres, or six square miles.
The west side of RidgeGate is home to the Sky Ridge Medical Center, the Charles Schwab Campus, the Kiewit Regional Headquarters, Target, Cabelas, and the Lone Tree Recreation Center, Arts Center and Library. East side plans include the 400-acre Lone Tree City Center, a series of three distinct residential neighborhoods with integrated commercial uses, and an extensive park and open space network that protects a quarter of the total acreage. The two sides of the community are connected by a four-lane bridge, integrating all amenities and experiences.
