Ridgelift Labs is developing "Touchstone" - a platform on which to build your circle of trust. It enables a user to securely build a network of authenticated and validated connections. The platform is built on blockchain technology that enables tamper-proof profile storage. These anecdotally validated career chains will eliminate the need for background verification process in hiring. It will eliminate vulnerability of subjective, biased feedback about professionals, during background verification process. For example, a Java developer, having worked on a major project, can get his experience validated from customer or seniors or peers. The same will get added to his tamper-proof career chain. On the other side, Touchstone will help organizations to build genuine human capital. It will also facilitate enterprises to build their corporate chains, with validated credentials. These credentials can be statutory compliance or past performance of execution and delivery of goods and/ or services. These corporate chains assist enterprises to build genuine vendor base. Ridgelift is building Touchstone on the foundation of Hyperledger Fabric Framework, which will offer immutability and security to records by its blockchain technology and inherent cryptography. A passionate team of tech-gigs articulating the creative idea through mean coding, to build Touchstone. Our team consists of blockchain developers, supported by middleware, UI and graphics. To build this platform we are using open source blockchain technology - Hyperledger Fabric. For front end we are using Angular Framework. For middleware we are using Spring Java network. All these technologies will be supported by machine learning and artificial intelligence. We are using github to collaborate for the project. At a future date, consumers of Touchstone will be able to monetize their activities on the platform, through crypto tokens, emanating from the platform.
