RIE is a hydraulic engineering and modeling firm based in Redmond, Washington. RIE principal engineers have over 40 years of combined experience in conducting hydraulic model studies to support design of water, wastewater, stormwater, and hydropower infrastructures. Our primary clients are federal, state, and local government agencies and engineering firms. Currently RIE offers a wide range of numerical modeling services, including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling, hydraulic transient (surge) analysis, hydrodynamic modeling, hydrologic modeling, sediment transport modeling, and water quality modeling. Its principal engineers have been working on projects across the United States and international locations. RIE is a certified SBE, SCS, MBE, and DBE.
