Riftcards

Riftcards is on a mission to free giftcards. Our vision is to repurpose the giftcard instrument itself into company-issued currencies that can be used anywhere. The problem is the 800 billion dollars that is stuck in giftcards. This is money that users cannot liquidate, exchange or use anywhere else. It is money that is stored on archaic cards that can easily be lost or frauded. And issuers (merchants), do not have any incentives to change any of that today. Let’s give them the incentive to break the silos and free giftcards.
