Riggs Autopack Ltd is an award winning British manufacturer of high quality depositors and filling machines, transfer pumps and automatic conveyor filling lines. We are a UK market leader with an excellent reputation and supply our equipment pre-dominantly to the food production industry.
The company dates back to the early 1930's when the founding business Autopack Ltd was based in the West Midlands. Upon acquisition by the Fort Vale Group in 1989, the company re-located to Nelson, Lancashire.
The main stay of the company is our Model 1000, 1001 and 1002 range of semi or fully automatic, single or multi-head depositors and filling machines, transfer pumps and conveyor filling lines. Clients range from artisan producers and small start-up companies, through to large scale ready meal manufacturers such as multi-national groups and international factories.
Typical goods manufactured using our depositors and filling equipment include jam, preserves, honey, condiments, sauces, dips, spreads, salad dressings, marinades, smoothies, soup, stews, ready meals, coleslaw, pate, quiche, sandwich and pie fillings, dairy, bakery and seafood products, cake, pudding and dessert ingredients.
Demonstrations and product trials can be carried out free of charge within our fully equipped demonstration room or at the customer's site to ensure we are selling the correct equipment to suit your specific food production requirements.
We manufacture and assemble our range of food production depositors and filling machines in-house at our 50,000 sq ft factory. Each machine meets CE mark approval and demonstrates a commitment to cutting-edge design, advanced components and first class manufacturing.
Our factory incorporates the latest computer technology in both production and design. Our machining centres and CNC lathes enables our equipment to be produced to an extremely high standard and offers flexibility in providing a quick response to customer's bespoke orders.
