Right Here Productions is a film and theatre company based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. Trading since 2011, the company has made a number of films for a variety of clients, including Down's Syndrome Scotland, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen Football Club Community Trust. Since 2015, RHP has also written and performed original Murder Mysteries at many venues across the North East of Scotland and beyond. Particular highlights include staging events at Fyvie Castle, His Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen and Peterhead Prison Museum. The third branch of the company, named RHP Sing, provides singers for any event as background music, sit down entertainment, or as a 'Singing Waiters' package.
Since 2011, Right Here Productions has been heavily involved in fundraising, namely staging an annual 'Stars in their Eyes' event at Inverurie Town Hall. This event has raised over £17,000 for many local and national charities. The company has also organised two 'Bake Off' style events for local charity Fly Cup Catering, raising £2,000 while also giving trainees (who are all adults with additional support needs) the opportunity to make their very own episode of the Bake Off and developing their skills in organisation, speaking in public and serving customers.
In 2018, Right Here Productions was awarded a 'Highly Commended' recognition as part of the 'Creative Award' at the 10th TREND Aberdeen Awards. Company director, Alison, was also nominated for 'Business Woman of the Year' at the Pride of Inverurie Awards. 2018 also saw the company perform their 30th Murder Mystery event and reach the milestone of having performed to over 1,000 guests since their first event in 2015.
