What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond rapidly by phone offering suggestions for immediate aid, and thoroughly explain our processes. We then proceed to dispatch an emergency service tech to arrive within 2 hours.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company uses xactimate pricing, which is the same structure we offer to the insurance companies. This means that even if your project is not covered by insurance, you will not be charged more than the insurance companies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NOVA FMS carries a current IICRC, HMR and MICRO certification. These are rigorous courses and ensure that our emergency crews are always equipped and ready to handle mold and wader damage, and other emergencies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We as a company have and currently work in the hazardous material removal field with government, commercial, business and home-owners. Our projects range from small to very large with competitive pricing for all ranges of clientele.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Mold remediation, water damage, fire and smoke and hazmat cleanup are very difficult situations. We recommend to have a certified company complete the work and make sure to (get a warranty). This protects you in the instance of selling or if a family member gets sick post remediation. We guarantee our work for a period of 1 year with a 5 year guarantee available upon request.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In this circumstance, I recommend not thinking through anything, but to get ahold of a professional immediately.. These are health hazardous emergencies and should not be attempted alone.
