Our Founding Family
International in their own right, with decades of educational experience in the US, Korea, and China, the Swansons began RIGHTSTEP in Urumqi with a kindergarten. Ten years later, with two training centers added, we can offer fifteen years of service to our growing family pool.

We hire inspiring, encouraging, passionate and patient teachers who are models of excellent character. Those from overseas support and care for one another from the heart. They genuinely love children and respect cultures, without ranking any as superior.
Our Work Environment & Programs
Leadership training of FranklinCovey (although we do not share its founder's worldview), applied contextually, enriches our corporate culture. Our essentials are wholesome classrooms, modest class sizes, solid curriculum, and separate sessions with overseas/local English teachers. Overseas study tours and study placements inject real world motivation. We equip and certify teachers whose educational backgrounds need a boost via our online TESOL program.
