What do we do at Righttorealty? We certainly are making the world a better place. Just that we are striving to do it for as many more people as we can. This in two different methods: 1) Democratise Indian Real Estate Real estate is for the rich class. Both for investing and owning. That's not really democratic is it? Through our crowdfunding practice, we bridge that gap. We give the ability for medium and low income groups to invest in high return investment opportunities in real estate. Whereas through our community living practice, we kind of apply the mass customisation to the field of real estate. Any industry that creates products based on general market interests and TRIES selling those to the customers who take up the BEST suited option to them, is not really efficient. We bring that efficiency factor into the industry through our community living module. If you are a college kid and are reading this, 4-5 years from now, when you enter the job market, there is a 70% chance we'll be the ones building the home for you. Good to meet you! 2) Make way for better technology We'll either get the better technology out ourselves or make way for it and work with those who do!. Construction industry still needs a lot of innovation on: a) The materials we use for different purposes b) Prefab c) Construction robotics Currently we are into Prefab and will invent ways to make prefab work for efficiency and profitability- Both for builders and customers. We are looking to partner with people/companies that work in the other two segments - Construction material research and robotics. The industry has a long way to go in terms of efficiencies on all fronts. We'll do everything we can to help it be there!
