Complete Expert Spindle Rebuilding Full-service spindle, motor, and subassembly diagnostics Spindle Rebuild • Receive, evaluate and test all functions of unit before disassembly • Disassemble, identity mark, photograph, and clean. • Full and complete inspection, and evaluation of all components to prepare Quote for customer • Provide quote and failure analysis to customer for their approval to proceed. • Upon approval, acquire all purchased components. Release all out of tolerance components to manufacturing in need of rework or repair to proper tolerances. • Complete spindle assembly. Test Run in spindle and balance. Final test all switches, drawbar, encoder, coolant and air systems.
