Rikai Labs engages and educates WeChat's 900 million monthly active users using a blend of ChatBots powered by Artificial Intelligence and Natural language processing with live human support. Rikai Labs' flagship TeacherBot Official WeChat Account teaches China's 400M English language learners through a blend of ChatBots and live teachers. Currently, one teacher plus TeacherBot is able to work with 250 students simultaneously, and 450 students per hour. TeacherBot does the majority of the instruction and interaction, while the teacher monitors student progress and answers questions that the ChatBot is unable to respond to with confidence. Rikai Labs ChatBot platform has also powered A.I. ChatBots for Visa, Metlife, Publicis, Pernod Ricard, Budweiser and the talent agency CAA for a variety of verticals that include travel, financial literacy, fan engagement and e-commerce.
