Rikushet Company began operations in 1993 as a producer and supplier of military equipment recruits and soldiers. Over the years the company has expanded its operations into travel, hiking, camping and leisure activities.
At 1998 Ophir Tours, owned by Mr. Boaz Waxman Acquired 50% share of the company. At November 2009 she completed the full acquisition of ownership on the Rikushet Company.
Rikushet have over 40 branches spread all over Israel from Rosh Pina in the north to Eilat in the south. Rikushet's branches are located in malls, shopping complexes and shops, owned and operated both direct and franchises. Providing franchise policy gives stores manager's autonomy while maintaining uniform standards both in terms of product range and sales strategy.
