RINOMATO was born from a deep friendship and collaboration between legendary barman Giancarlo Mancino and his American importer, Fasel Shenstone. By the turn of the 20th century, Aperitivo categories such as bitter liqueurs and vermouth had become quite commercial. The quality and integrity of products suffered as a result, and so too did Aperitivo culture. Recognizing this, Mancino and his partners set off on a journey to reverse this trend and restore quality and authenticity to these beautiful categories.
