Rio's Legacy was established to support children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Currently, there are only three children's hospices in Australia, which is far from enough. Rio's Legacy is working to ensure that at least one hospice is built in every state, so families have access to the care they need during the most challenging times.
As the only charity in Australia dedicated solely to promoting, raising awareness, and advocating for the establishment of more children’s hospices, Rio's Legacy remains committed to supporting these incredibly brave children. We believe that by starting the conversation, much can be achieved. To us, these children are truly fearfully and wonderfully made, deserving of the best care and support.
