As a freelance Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant with many years of experience leading strategic projects in industry-leading companies, I bring a unique combination of expertise, flexibility and dedication to every assignment I work on. Be it a large-scale international initiative or a smaller, more focused project, I strive to delivering results that exceed expectations and drive real value for my clients and their teams. I have been fortunate enough to work at world-class corporations (e.g. Eli Lilly, Bristol Myers Squibb, Baxter, Takeda Pharmaceutical, UCB Pharma, AB InBev, DHL), often leading high-impact projects such as the setup of a global distribution center, the implementation of a 4PL provider and the integration of the Clinical Supply Chain organization of an acquired company. I am a native Portuguese speaker, also fluent in English and Dutch. I have also actually lived and worked in diverse cultures. That experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and an ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.
