Rios for D.C Mayor

Angel A. Rios is a 28-year-old; executive, business owner, volunteer, community advocate, and regional organizer, running as a Democrat to be the 9th Mayor of the District of Columbia in 2026. From California to Mississippi, Angel has worked tirelessly to involve himself with the on-the-ground work that gets communities involved and represented, and its this tenacity and commitment to constituency that he'll look to bring to City Hall in service to the millions who live and work in the District. Without gimmick, and uninterested in pandering, Angel isn't afraid to take bold stances on critical issues, and to stand with the People who matter most in D.C - the individuals who call it home. That's why Angel is not only seeking to implement a vision centered on; economic development, community safety, and socioeconomic reform and mobility, he's also committed to meeting constituents where they are; in their homes, in the streets, in businesses and across Washington, to hear their priorities, their viewpoints, and to incorporate solutions to their issues into the campaign platform he's waging to be the next Mayor of their city. This new vision for D.C is one shaped around the individuality and independence of the District, and one the People of Washington will get the chance to vote for in 2026.
