Ripple Reader seeks to establish a new product category at the crossroads of literacy and social networking to: • Promote book-handling and literacy skills that children need for success in school and life. • Strengthen relationships between children and the important adults in their lives through reading and discussion of books. • Give budget-strapped schools, libraries and nonprofits a new source of funding.
