We work alongside leaders and teams creating positive change in global development, education, and humanitarian assistance. At Rippletree, we believe that lasting change starts from within-through continuous learning and growth. We are passionate about helping others grow, push past their comfort zones, and reach their full potential. We offer leadership and team coaching, facilitation, customized learning packages, and education technical assistance. As a social enterprise, Rippletree is committed to making leadership development and organizational support accessible to those who need it most. We reinvest profits to offer pro bono and subsidized services for local leaders and organizations in low-resource and crisis-affected contexts. Our approach recognizes that while INGOs, donors, international organizations, and even government schools, often have access to leadership and professional and growth opportunities, local non-profit and civil society leaders and organizations frequently lack the resources for such ongoing support.
