⚠️ The AV industry is at breaking point - a growing skills shortage, a widening talent gap, and a severe lack of diversity. Women make up just 9% of the AV workforce, and only 2% in technical roles. By 2026, we’ll be short 2.3 million skilled workers (AVIXA).
👉 Rise AV is tackling the AV industry’s talent crisis by starting with its biggest gap: women. If we can’t retain the women already in the industry, how can we hope to attract more—or secure the future of AV?
Our mission is to fix this crisis by:
