RISE Gabon

RISE Gabon is an investment fund for infrastructures development in Central Africa, especially Gabon. The total RISE Gabon equity is US$ 60 million splitted between the two shareholders: Republic of Gabon and IsDB. The 3 approved projects are the following: The Owendo Port PK-15 by-pass road project, The duplication of the Libreville-Ndjolé railway project, The hydro power plant of Tséngue-Lélédi project. The RISE Gabon is a “Special Fund” that has the capacity to cover the full project cycle from conducting the feasibility studies, to structuring the concessions, tendering them out to the market, supporting the development of the projects in a partnership with a technical developer and contributing to the project debt financing.
