RISE-UP EQUICOACHING is dedicated to connecting people to nature and their own nature through the interaction and feedback of our equine partner coachs. Opening the doors to personal and professional change, towards more authenticity and wellbeing. For Companies, our mission is to promote ethical leadership and management practices and a new and more 'human' and authentic way of being in the corporate world. We believe that an organisation and team can only be performant in the long term if it is connected (in purpose and vision) and agile enough, able to adapt is demand and its posture to the needs of its employees and stakeholders. Through the work with our horses our clients can get feedback on their leadership posture & impact and experiment creating a leadership style and corporate culture that a free horse adheres to - based on clear intentions, empathy, trust, respect and connection. For individuals we offer 'a space' to breathe, connect to ourself and our resources to address personal and professional challenges in a more serein and grounded way.
