At RISE31, we use Stages bikes equipped with the newest technology. These bikes will give you the most comfortable and true-to-road feel. Our captivating light show is second to none. You will be fully immersed in the atmosphere, engaging your senses while getting a full-body workout. Our In-Trinity classes are an elevated practice that incorporates yoga, pilates and martial arts.
