As a Combat Fitness Leader in the Australian Defence Force, a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and a martial arts coach, I’ve trained elite athletes, UFC fighters, winners of The Biggest Loser, and currently coach veterans, police, and first responders. I’ve worked in mental health support, served as a peer support worker, and founded Tasmania’s first mental health assistance dog program.
