As a chiropractor, Dr. Stefan Nichols, the owner and operator of Rise Chiropractic, has witnessed time and time again people feeling weighed down by their health challenges. Poor health limits, significantly, their ability to truly engage in life, laughter of family, joy of hobbies or simply a walk in the park. When he found out that 80 percent of people will spend their last 10 years of their life living with disabilities that could be avoided with healthier choices, he knew it was time to make a change. Dr. Nichols created Rise Chiropractic as a mission to guide people on their journey by eliminating dangerous spinal misalignments called subluxations which cause nerve interference impeding the body's ability to heal, and therefore perform at its best.
