We are building the first startup community in Romania dedicated to experienced professionals who want to build their own startup. We think that there are thousands of people out there with strong professional experience, who need a new life path and/or desire a much stronger reason for getting out of bed every day. We believe this is a huge untapped entrepreneurial potential. We’ll bring a significant number of new mentors, speakers, and trainers from LONDON & other strong European startup ecosystems. It’s part of the “bring fresh air” approach. It will reinforce our connection with the international start-up scene, both in terms of relationships and knowledge. For Romania, this is a fresh approach towards early-stage ventures. RISERS NET is the non-profit community built around experienced people. We bring them energy, we work on discovering their entrepreneurial mindset, help them discover complementary founders (peers or from younger generations).
