Risette Restaurant

Risette is an informal fine dining Restaurant set within the elegant Casa Ellul, in the heart of Valletta. It is a tribute to the lady of the house. The kitchen is led by Chef Andrew Borg, previously Chef Patron at Black Pig Restaurant. His extensive experience in kitchens throughout Europe has complimented and developed his devotion for fine cuisine. With an emphasis on using the freshest produce, Risette’s menu changes weekly. The menu combines cultures and methods into dishes which express Andrew’s passion for flavours together with his mastery of technicalities; This selective a la carte is complimented with attentive detail to the fine produce that he chooses to include in his dishes. Set under the iconic Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Risette promises a wholesome complete experience. Risette is open for lunch and dinner.
