Rising Child Foundation (RCF) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization registered under the Corporate and Allied Matters Act 1990 and the Law of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 with the registration number CAC/IT/NO 102869.
As a youth-led organization, we thrive on the numbers and expertise of our volunteers to promote education and empowerment, ensuring that all children have an equal opportunity to attend school, learn, and develop the skills they need to thrive. Through partnership and collaboration, we are consistently increasing the salience of education and empowerment for the most vulnerable groups in Nigeria.
Our mission is to provide multi-sectoral interventions towards the education and empowerment of children, most especially girls. We work towards empowering these group through Capacity Building, Skills Development, Information Dissemination, Advocacy and Cross-Cutting Community Service Projects.
Our Vision is to transform the lives of less-privileged and vulnerable children (most especially girls) through education and empowerment. We believe that sustainable development is only achievable through investment in human capital resources and providing these groups with the opportunities and resources they can use to improve their future prospects, welfare and well being.
