Rising Mountain Studio

Rising Mountain Studio is an Organizational Development Consulting and Executive Coaching organization. Originally in business as Executive Launch and Reboot, the original client focus was Executive Coaching for leaders new to their roles or those facing great change, requiring associated changes in their approach to their work. In the intervening years, clients have increasingly asked for expanded services, including organizational consulting, team development and change management, as well as offsite/retreat design and facilitation. In response to this demand, the new business concept—Rising Mountain Studio—was created to encompass all of these services for clients.
