Founded by Peter Miu and Bogie Ozdemir, RiskVision adopts a team approach involving subject-matter experts and senior level risk professionals with CRO and CEO level experiences in helping financial institutions tackle the most pressing issues in risk strategy management. Bogie and Peter bring extensive global consulting and practitioners experience with short bios below. The consulting team is assembled and tailored to the specifics of each assignment. Bogie Ozdemir is a Financial Services Risk Management Senior Executive, Professional Corporate Director, Consultant and Researcher. Bogie has extensive experience as a practitioner, corporate director and consultant, having worked in the banking, insurance, and credit union industries where he held senior risk leadership roles including as the CRO. As a thought leader and innovator, Bogie authored and co-authored three books on Capital and Business Mix Optimization, Risk Strategy, and Basel Implementation, and published 20+ research articles. Peter Miu is a Professor of Finance at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. Peter’s research is primarily in the areas of credit risk modeling, risk management, financial institutions, regulatory capital requirement, and investments. His 30+ articles appear in the Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Credit Risk, Journal of Empirical Finance, and the Journal of Financial Research.
